JO Socials provides social media marketing services, including content strategy, scheduling, and on-site content creation guidance. Specific deliverables will be agreed upon with each client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to social media accounts, necessary materials, and approvals required for content creation and management. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
4. Payment Terms
Payment details will be provided in individual contracts or invoices.
Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe, as stated on the invoice.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients must provide a minimum of two months written notice for service cancellations.
Refunds are not provided for completed services or work already performed.
6. Liability Limitations
JO Socials is not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from our services. While we strive for the best results, we cannot guarantee engagement, follower growth, or revenue increases.
7. Intellectual Property
Content created by JO Socials for clients will be transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
JO Socials reserves the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio purposes.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.
9. Modifications to Terms
JO Socials may update these terms as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
